Proposed Amendment to the Point Grey Structure Plan

Notice is given that the Shire is in receipt of an application for an amended structure plan at lots 137, 138, 139, 672, 738, 1132 and 1133 at Point Grey.

The amended structure plan removes the provision of a marina and seeks to ultimately deliver:

2,650 dwellings, accommodating approximately 7,000 people;
a new regional open space and local parklands;
a primary school; and
commercial facilities.
