Step 1 - Consider your project
Eligible projects include:
- New buildings.
- Building additions, improvements and/or major refurbishments.
- Supporting infrastructure, such as fixed shelters or storage sheds.
- New sporting infrastructure, such as fixed goals or cricket nets.
- Forward planning, feasibility studies and needs analysis.

Step 3 - Complete the project brief
A project brief must be completed and sent to mailbag@murray.wa.gov.au before submitting an application form.
We will review the project brief, provide feedback and send you the grant application to complete.
Step 4 - Prepare documentation

The following documents are mandatory for your application:
- Committee minutes supporting the decision for the grant application
- Certificate of Currency for Public Liability
- Copy of your organisation's most recent bank statement and/or most recent financial statement
- Quotes for all budget items.
These documents are optional, but may help your application:
- Strategic or business plan
- Letters of support from other groups/organisations
- Relevant drawings, plans specifications and/or maps
- Relevant strategic planning documents (website links accepted).
