APM Communities

APM Communities delivers NDIS Local Area Coordination Services in the Shire of Murray. Their team assists people with disabilities, their families and carers to identify and access the support they need including the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme). They also work with local businesses and organisations to be more inclusive of people with disability.

Provides non-legal advocacy to people with disabilities. Advocacy is the process of standing alongside individuals to ensure that people are able to speak out, to express their views and uphold their rights. Advocacy services are available to any person with a disability, you do not have to be a member to access advocacy. Membership is free and open to WA residents.
