North Pinjarra Shared Path Construction – Stage 2

Stage 2 of the North Pinjarra Shared Path construction will commence on Monday 4th November 2024.
The Shire of Murray has engaged contractors to complete 2km of new asphalt shared path extending from the Tate Gully on the South West Highway to Alcoa Road north of Pinjarra. The project is funded by the Western Australian Regional Bicycle Network grants program and the Shire of Murray.
The works will be undertaken over a period of 6 weeks and be open to the public in mid-December.
To ensure the works are conducted as quickly as possible and manage public safety the path will be closed for the duration of the works. Traffic Management will be employed for the duration of the works.
The Shire understands there will be inconvenience in the short term with the path closure, however, it is temporary and provides the most efficient and cost-effective way to manage the project. The Shire will appreciate the community support & cooperation to enable the works to be completed as soon as possible.
