Murray Sports Fusion Festival to bring a host of thirteen different sporting events to Murray on 15 and 16 March.
Shire of Murray Chief Executive Officer Dean Unsworth, said the Murray Sports Fusion Festival will offer a jam-packed weekend full of free sporting events for the community to take part in.
“There will be activities held throughout the weekend that cater to all ages and abilities. There is something for everyone with events including: touch football, volleyball, golf, croquet, tennis, yoga, carriage driving, pilates, disc golf, bootcamp, lawn bowls and even speed cubing.”
“This festival will help us showcase some of the fantastic local sporting clubs and activities in Murray, along with some new unique sports to try. We encourage everyone to get active and take part in what will be a fantastic weekend,” added Mr Unsworth.
Charlie van Ooran from Speedcubing Australia said, “We are thrilled to be involved in the Murray Sports Fusion Festival, it is an amazing opportunity to promote speedcubing within the region.”
This will be the first of two weekend events in 2025, with a second to be held in November.
