The Shire's community-level advocacy projects include South Yunderup Bridge, Pelicans Park, Edenvale Heritage Precinct, Sir Ross McLarty Oval all-gender changerooms, North Pinjarra revitilisation plan, Murray River Foreshore river platforms.
Project outcomes
- South Yunderup Bridge: A new traffic bridge and cycleway, and associated roadworks.
- Pelicans Park South Yunderup: A refurbished pedestrian bridge, and new neighbourhood park with formal parking and waterfront infrastructure.
- Edenvale Heritage Precinct: New infrastructure (lighting and ablution facilities) at the Edenvale Heritage Precinct that will allow the location to host both large and small scale events.
- Sir Ross McLarty changerooms: Upgraded all-gender changeroom, toilet and shower facilities.
- North Pinjarra Revitilisation Plan: A much-improved key neighbourhood park and activation space as the primary recreational precinct for the North Pinjarra community.
- Murray River Pinjarra Foreshore River Platforms: River platforms that enable safe and convenient access to the river at the Murray River Foreshore, Pinjarra.
