S3.12 Local Government Act 1995 - Health Amendment Local Law 2025

Notice is hereby given that Council at its Ordinary meeting held on 27 February 2025 proposed to make the abovementioned local law.   

The purpose of the proposed health amendment local law is to provide updates that reflect changes in regulations and community expectations of health standards.  The effect of making the proposed local law is to apply relevant health standards to the district.

Further details of the proposed Local Law are available for inspection at the Shire of Murray Administration Office, 1915 Pinjarra Road, Pinjarra and at the Murray Library, cnr Pinjarra Road and Forrest Street, Pinjarra.  Alternatively, the document can be viewed here.

Written submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Murray, PO Box 21, Pinjarra WA 6208.  Emailed submissions should be sent to mailbag@murray.wa.gov.au.  

Submissions close 4.00pm on Tuesday 20 May 2025.
