Notice is given that the Shire is in receipt of a development application for an Extractive Industry - Sand Extraction at the above address.

The proposal consists of:

• Sand Excavations being proposed for a period of ten (10) years
• Excavation being completed by a loaded that loader directly onto road trucks
• Proposed hours of operation for processing and excavation from 7.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday inclusive, excluding public holidays and loading and transport from site from 6.00am Monday to Saturday inclusive, excluding public holidays
