Waypoints Café is set to reopen on Monday 8 July after a nine-month closure due to a fire in the building in October last year.
Shire of Murray CEO Dean Unsworth, expressed his enthusiasm for the reopening, highlighting the Shire of Murray's focus on 'Prosperity,' which aims to foster a thriving economy with diverse business, tourism, and job opportunities.
“We are excited to see that Waypoints Café is reopening within our award-winning tourism precinct. The Dwellingup Trails and Visitor Centre is a state-of-the-art facility specialising in quality visitor services. Of the 300,000 annual visitors to Dwellingup, around 60% utilise the Trails and Visitor Centre precinct for various purposes, including gathering information, visiting the café, collecting maps, hiring bikes, and using the facilities,” added Mr Unsworth.
Waypoints Café is located at the Dwellingup Trails and Visitor Centre, alongside Dwellingup Adventures’ hire, tour and retail store, offering a unique experience to locals and Dwellingup visitors.
Dwellingup Adventures and Waypoints Café Managing Director, Alicia Caruso said, “We are thrilled to announce that Waypoints Café, Dwellingup is reopening its doors. After a nine-month closure we are excited to welcome back our loyal patrons and introduce newcomers to the unique experience that we offer.”

Waypoints Café will reopen on Monday 8 July at 8am.
