Pinjarra Festival 2025 - Market Stall Application

Saturday 31 May and Sunday 1 June 2025 | 10:00am - 4:00pm

Applications close Friday 10 March, 2025 | Space is limited and allocation may fill prior to this date

This form is for market stall vendors only, food vendors please use alternate form
 
The festival aims to provide a broad range of market stall options for our patrons. Applications are assessed by the following criteria, however are not limited to:
  • Stall holders based in the Shire of Murray
  • Variety of merchandise. Handmade, artisan items available
  • Unique, visually appealing and with a point of difference to other market stall merchandise
  • Recyclable/compostable packaging of products
  • Efficiency and professionalism of market stall operator/s
Prior to applying please make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions, downloadable via pinjarrafestival.com.au, or request an email copy via events@murray.wa.gov.au
 
All successful market stall vendors will be required to provide a copy of their current Public Liability Insurance, prior to event day. Failure to do so will mean you will not have access to the festival site.
 
Site Fees (per weekend):
  • Commercial Market Stallholder (per every 4x4m space) - $162 
  • Not for Profit/Shire of Murray Market Stallholder (per every 4x4m space) - $115
  • Amusement Operator/Animal Rides (small site) - $600
  • Amusement Operator/Animal Rides (large site) - $1000

A panel will determine market stall selections and successful operators will be contacted via email by Friday 21 March, 2025. Non-successful vendors will be notified by Monday 24 March, 2025. If you have not received an email by this date, please contact the Events Officer.

Non-acceptance is not necessarily a reflection on the quality of your stall; there are many factors, which determine your stall’s success. Please note that space is extremely limited and the panel’s decision is final.

Applicant Details

Not for Profit/Incorporation Status

Not-for-profit organisations that have a valid Certificate of Incorporation may be eligible for reduced fees and charges in relation to this application. In order to receive the Not for Profit rate you must provide details of your Incorporation Status. Failure to do so will see you charged at the commercial rate.
