Pinjarra Festival 2025 - Food Vendor Application

Saturday 31 May and Sunday 1 June 2025 | 10:00am - 4:00pm

Applications close Monday 24 February, 2025 | Space is limited and allocation may fill prior to this date

This form is for food vendors only, market stall vendors please use alternate form
 
The festival aims to provide a broad range of options for our patrons including a mix of main meals, desserts, ice cream, hot and cold drinks. Applications are assessed by the following criteria, however are not restricted to:
  • Vendors based in the Shire of Murray and/or Peel region
  • Variety of appealing menus including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options
  • Quality and presentation
  • Providing new food and drink options each year
  • Recyclable/compostable food service products
  • Experience, efficiency and professionalism of food stall operators
Prior to applying please make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions downloadable via pinjarrafestival.com.au, or request an email copy via events@murray.wa.gov.au.

All successful food vendors will be required to provide a copy of their current Public Liability Insurance and a copy of their Food Business Registration from their relevant Council. Failure to do so will mean you will not have access to the festival site.
There are no Shire of Murray issued temporary food permits required for this event

Site Fees
  • Commercial Food Operator
    • 4m x 4m space - $278
    • 8m x 4m space - $387
    • 12m x 4m space - $480
  • 'Minor' food vendors (ice cream, coffee, etc.) - 25% discount applied to above fees
  • Not-for-profit food vendor - 30% discount applied to above fees
Power per weekend
  • 4m x 4m space - $120
  • 8m x 4m space - $160
  • 12m x 4m space - $200
The Shire of Murray will determine food stall selections and successful operators will be contacted via email by Friday 7 March, 2025. Non-successful vendors will be notified by Monday 10 March, 2025. If you have not received an email by this date, please contact the Events Officer.

Non-acceptance is not necessarily a reflection on the quality of your stall; there are many factors, which determine your stall’s success. Please note that space is extremely limited and the panel’s decision is final.

Applicant Details

Not for Profit/Incorporation Status

Not-for-profit organisations that have a valid Certificate of Incorporation may be eligible for reduced fees and charges in relation to this application. In order to receive the Not for Profit rate you must provide details of your Incorporation Status. Failure to do so will see you charged at the commercial rate.
