Dr Paul Lam of the Tai Chi for Health Institute has modified Traditional tai chi movements so that most people can participate and experience the benefits.
Classes in Tai Chi for arthritis and fall prevention are being held by a qualified instructor and retired physiotherapist.
One-hour classes are held from 9.30am on Thursday at South Yunderup Sport and Recreation Club, costing $15 per class or $100 for x8 ($20 discount).
