Pinjarra Garden Day 2024

The Pinjarra Garden Day is an annual community event, coordinated by the Friends of Edenvale Inc. Held in October each year, this event has grown from it’s humble beginnings and now sees over 1000 people in attendance each year.

The event is held in the grounds of the Edenvale Heritage Precinct, Pinjarra WA. Home to historic and culturally significant buildings, the Precinct is remnant of a nineteenth-century rural village retaining its character of heritage architecture, homestead gardens, timber fences and barns.

The event features guest presenters, workshops, market stalls, plants and gardening accessory stalls and lots of free activities to keep the young, and young at heart involved.

This flag-ship event is the major fundraiser each year for the Friends of Edenvale, and showcases not just gardening and all its social and physical benefits. But features the various businesses and not for profit groups that call this Precinct home.

A large part of the success of Garden Day is the various Murray and Mandurah based groups who attend each year to share their knowledge, fundraise, and generally have a great day out!

So this October 20th, 2024, take a drive down to Pinni, only an hour from Perth, and join in to celebrate all things heritage, arts plants and of course, gardening!
